The Westin Grand Berlin provided me with a central location and a beautifully designed hotel that made exploring the city easy. However, the dining experience left much to be desired, especially at breakfast. While the staff were friendly and helpful, there were instances of poor service overshadowing my stay. Overall, I enjoyed the ambiance and amenities but felt the hotel could improve in certain areas.
